IT’S EASY. ALL YOU NEED IS A LONG ELASTIC CORD. AND TWO FRIENDS TO HOLD IT LIKE SO: 

EACH STYLE WE ARE ABOUT TO LEARN WE CAN PLAY FROM LOW TO HIGH LEVEL AND AT DIFFERENT HEIGHTS OR WIDTHS.

YOU START  IN ANKLES AND THEN IN THE WAIST AND FINALLY OVER THE HEAD.

WE WILL LEARN THREE WAYS OF PLAYING:

  • THE SIX STEP
  • THE SEVEN STEP
  • THE FREESTYLE

HOW TO PLAY IT??

FOR EACH STYLE, IF YOU COMPLETE THE PATTERN SUCCESSFULLY, MOVE THE ROPE HIGHER.

IF AT ANY POINT YOU MESS UP, ONE OF YOUR FRIENDS HOLDING THE ROPE ROTATES IN, AND YOU START OVER FROM THE LEVEL YOU MESSED UP NEXT TIME YOU ROTATE IN.

SIX STEP

WELL WE WILL LEARN THE BASIC:

START YOUR FEET TOGETHER, OUTSIDE OF THE ELASTIC BAND.

  1. JUMP INTO THE GAP
  2. BOTH FEET OUT
  3. BOTH FEET IN
  4. OUT TO ONE SIDE
  5. PULL THE CLOSER STRING OVER THE FAR STRING
  6. BOTH FEET OUT

SEVEN STEPS

NOW WE WILL TRY THE SEVEN STEP, ITS SIMILAR TO THE SIX STEP, BUT YOU STEP ON THE CORD MORE.

  1. JUMP BOTH FEET ONTO THE CLOSER CORD
  2. BOTH FEET ON  FAR CORD
  3. BOTH FEET ON BOTH CORDS
  4. SPLIT OUT TO EACH CORD AND BACK FOOT GOES UNDER BACK CORD
  5. PULLS THE BACK CORD UP, FRONT FOOT TUCKS UNDER BOTH FEET STEP ON FRONT CORD AGAIN
  6. TWIST PARALLEL TO CORDS, IN THE CENTRE
  7. AND OUT

THIS IS ONE OF THESE CREATIONS 

START FROM KNEE HEIGHT OR THIGH HEIGHT, WAIST HEIGHT, UNDER ARM HEIGHT, SHOULDER HEIGHT AND TOP OF

 HEAD HEIGHT, THEN OVERHEAD HEIGHT.
